NEW ORDER - Movement

Well, this record was more dreary than I was anticipating. I know the band was known for its darker approach to #Punk when it was still Joy Division, but some of this sounds like it could be #Coldwave. Stiff drums, droning guitar tones, Bernard singing like he's in some dank, stone dungeon surrounded by moldy foundations...

A few interesting ideas on the #Synth end, almost getting into #Industrial clank, but quite primitive in their execution too.
