The closest thing to a crossover album they ever made, apparently. Heck, even I'VE heard 'Love Like Blood', and I know barely anything about this band!

But yes, they've fully embraced #NewWave, song-writing simplified and catchy compared to their older sonic experiments. Geordie's guitar is punchy and hooky, with more synths in play than any album since... gosh, the first one?

Also, why does 'Eighties' sound so darn familiar? I don't recall any significant covers.
