Ah, good ol' John Peel, a chap that could make your career if he took a liking to your music. And Killing Joke definitely is the sort of band I could see Mr. Peel taking a liking to.

What's funny is, with the power of the BBC's studio behind them, all their early songs now sound so much cleaner and polished than the scrappy #PostPunk originals. Even when they try sludging things up, it's still better quality. Kinda' ruins the ugly grit in the process.
