THE ROOTS - Things Fall Apart

Ironically titled, surely, since this hailed as the band's crowning achievement and all. I definitely like the jazzy songs a great deal, though I don't feel them any significantly better than earlier tunes. If I may play the contrarian though, I think the tracks that lean more into regular ol' #HipHop weaker than the ones off the last record. Not as many of them, mind, but it does stand out to me. I'm gonna' get shite for preferring Illadelph over this, aren't I?
