This is pretty much a Betty Wright joint - it's right there in the title, mang' - with The Roots serving as a highly competent session musicians. Neat seeing Snoop Dogg and Lil' Wayne feature, but yeah, we're strictly here for Ms. Wright's soulful pipes singing about all the things #Soul singers sing about.

Can't deny I didn't really get into this one beyond genre appreciation, The Roots taking even more of a backseat than with John Legend.
