THE ROOTS - ...And Then You Shoot Your Cousin

Doing another concept album, this one a little broader but still mostly dealing with life on the streets and such. It's solid enough, but doesn't really go anywhere new for the band. I think they pretty much reached their 'contentment stage' here. They accomplished about all they possibly could in the decades prior, easily resting on their laurels with a catalogue anyone would be proud of.

This remains their last LP, shockingly 9 years old now.
